Read the next gap before the midpoint

Mirror Run: actual running game, showing the board and controls
The game’s own board and controls. The points below refer to these mechanics.

The rule to keep in mind

Read eight upcoming rows on an independent three-lane track. Choose one lane change at each row midpoint; a hit stops you briefly before continuing.

Start with the constraint

Every obstacle row leaves at least one opening. Use the preview to choose the next lane early.

Make one useful change

Amber bars sweep across lanes. Brake slows one short stretch and can change your arrival timing.

Keep a way back

Hits add a recovery stop rather than ending the race. A challenge needs an actual finish; swapping display sides keeps the track rules equal.

Controls and a safe pause

Left / right or A / D change one lane at a row midpoint. B / Brake works once per race. Touch buttons match these controls.

Open the game’s menu to pause and find its save tools. Save a backup before clearing browser data. If a step feels unclear, return to the rule and the current goal rather than rushing.
