Aim at the runner, then leave the return line

Pulse Relay · A practical starting point

Pulse Relay: actual running game, showing the board and controls
The game’s own board and controls. The points below refer to these mechanics.

The rule to keep in mind

The pulse belongs to one runner at a time. A hit passes ownership; a miss returns it to the sender. Holding it when a round expires costs a penalty.

Start with the constraint

Ownership is marked with a gold ring. Sending is unavailable while a projectile is already in flight.

Make one useful change

Slash mirrors reflect a projectile at most twice. Trace the visible line before relying on a reflection.

Keep a way back

A shot still in flight at expiry counts against its sender. Challenges require real hits and a complete three-round ending.

Controls and a safe pause

Arrow keys / WASD move and aim; Space / Send launches. Touch arrows and Send provide the same actions. Settings holds native save tools.

Open the game’s menu to pause and find its save tools. Save a backup before clearing browser data. If a step feels unclear, return to the rule and the current goal rather than rushing.
